I am John. I work remotely as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager. My focus is workflow optimization, inbox management, client communication, and program coordination. I help founders turn messy operations into clear execution that runs without constant follow-ups.

My work is quiet but intentional. I stay behind the scenes so things run smoothly in front. Most issues get handled before they escalate, so you do not deal with delays, missed tasks, or checking in. I work best with founders, executives, and growing teams who need support they do not have to manage.

I am based in the Philippines (PHT, UTC+8). I work across US, Canadian, UK, and AU time zones. My typical schedule overlaps with your business hours, and I adjust as needed for urgent needs or key meetings.
